Up for grabs is my favorite go-to cookbook, La Pinata. Since I just went to Texas, I though this was fitting :) It is a collection of recipes from The Junior League of McAllen. It's first printing was in 1976 and I gotta tell ya, It has a little bit of EVERYTHING!!! You're going to love it, I promise!

I am a fan on Facebook! Also, my fav go to cook book is the old Better Homes and Gardens one, believe it or not. I have several others that I love, including The Peaceful Palate, but the BH&G has recipes for everything, it seems. Plus, I like the simplicity and nostalgia.
I use my mom's old red and white Better Homes & Garden cook book! It's sooo old and the pages are brown, oily, and stuck together. I love it!!
